Very pleasant ,staff , HOWEVER I TRYED TO BOOK ONLINE TO GET $25 OFF per night as a WINTER SPECIAL deal through trip advisor . My phone would connect to the link , so I could do that . I explained this to the receptionist on my arrival at Langley Novatel , she said she would apply the discount regardless .When I checked my bill after checkout this was not applied , so my $25 a night discount was not deducted at all . I would appreciate if you could address this matter Thank You in Advance . Other than this I enjoyed my stay .
