I had a decent experience with Vaic Mobility. The scooter I ordered arrived on time and was in good condition. It works well and meets my mobility needs. However, I did have some minor issues with the product. The seat cushion is not as comfortable as I expected, and the scooter occasionally makes strange sounds. Overall, it's a satisfactory purchase, but I would recommend they make improvements to the product quality.
