I recently attended a workshop at One Mind Academy and it was a great experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and approachable. The content was informative and well-structured. I learned many useful strategies that I can apply in my daily life. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive. I would definitely consider attending more workshops in the future.
