Our water heater went out at about 8:00 in the evening so we were searching for a 24/7 company. BF Plumbing sent a tech out right away to help us get things figured out and fixed. Eric was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and also helped with a minor problem behind our washer while he was checking things out. He and his helper got our new water heater and main valve installed in a timely manner and told us everything they were doing as they were working. I appreciated how courteous and clean they were. Would definitely recommend!
