Purchased a Pilot Elite from AutoFair Honda and the experience and commitment by Laz Arosa was by far exceptional. I started my journey for a vehicle over a month ago. I was interested in the Ridgeline Black Edition which Honda AutoFair did not have at the time. I expressed why, I wanted the vehicle, specifically to tow a boat and was skeptical the Ridgeline could handle it. He told me at that time, when the vehicle came in, he would contact me and we could test drive the Ridgeline towing my boat. Well that is exactly what happen and though I did not purchase the Ridgeline (by the way it did handle towing my boat with ease) I decided to go with the Pilot. During the whole sales process, Laz took the time and had the patience to inform me of the value proposition of the Pilot, why I should buy it and how it stacked up against the competition. The whole experience was pleasant with no pressure sales, just a genuine approach in helping me decide on which Honda model would meet my needs. Great overall experience and it was a pleasure working with Laz and the whole AutoFair team during the whole sales process.
