I used Hampshire Hill for my first ever mortgage back in 2016 and was so grateful for all the help that they gave me back then - they explained everything to me that I needed to understand being a beginner to the property market, and helped me find the best deal that suited my budget. All of the staff there are really helpful, you get excellent communication at all stages and the best customer service you could ask for. Nearly 5 years later I'm selling my house and buying with my partner and yet again they've been lifesavers - they've made the whole process stress-free and simple, got my decision in principle sorted by Mike within a day and our application has already been started and should be done in a decent time-frame (other companies were quoting us up to 8 weeks for the mortgage offer due to Covid-related delays). They've helped me with my first will in the past and I'll be using that service again, and the same with life insurance - I wouldn't go anywhere else again!!!
