There were delays that weren’t adequately explained, and I found myself having to follow up more than I anticipated. The workmanship was not as thorough as I’d expected, leading to some areas that could have been better insulated. Ultimately, the experience felt scattered and uncoordinated, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. I believe there's potential here, but consistency is key. 🛠️
