Mr. Heera Rai owner/director of New Canadians' Centre of Excellence Inc fraudulently advertised his 2011 Acura RDX with the VIN#5J8TB1H2XBA801472 on Kijiji on the day of November 8th 2020, for $8,999. On several occasions he denied whether the vehicle was involved in any claims & or collisions. He stated it only has a glass claim, Upon further investigation, obtaining a car fax report, we have determined the vehicle Mr. Heera Rai was advertising was involved in a severe accident, this vehicle was entirely being misrepresented. Mr. Rai has not only acted on bad faith but attempted to act dishonest and unfair in conducting fair business practice. Please be cautious everyone who is attending his New Canadians' Centre of Excellence Inc firm, I really question his intergity. We have reported him to the appropriate officials with respect to this so NO consumers are at stake. I encourage all newcomers to Canada, to NOT attend his firm as you are VULNERABLE.
