I had a mixed experience with Envi by Design. While the products I received were of good quality and the website was easy to use, I had some issues with the customer service. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, I would recommend Envi by Design for their products, but their customer service could use some improvement.
