I had a decent experience shopping at Brody Jewelers. The store had a good selection of jewelry, but the staff wasn't very attentive. I had to ask for assistance multiple times, and they seemed disinterested. The quality of the jewelry is average, not exceptional. The prices, however, were reasonable. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better customer service.
