Liam, the warehouse manager was very professional and helpful right from the first phone call. He listened to the flooring needs we expressed regarding performance, ease of care and beauty. The selection at Northern is incredible. I was literally speechless when I entered the showroom. The options are abundant and I was so grateful for their assistance when it came time to make a choice.
The installer John Runyon also provided valuable information on selecting a flooring product at the measurement appointment. He custom stained the finish molding on site to match the existing trim. A very nice personal touch! Our flooring looks fabulous and I love that it is a waterproof hardwood. I have and continue to share our wonderful experience with family and friends.
