As a customer of Scottish Borders Council, I have to say that my experience has been average. The services provided are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and contains all the necessary information. However, the response times can be quite slow, and some of the staff members could benefit from additional training. Overall, I would rate the council as average.
