My 87 yr. old brother-in-law was a pt. in the rehab facility recently for several weeks. During that time, $1250 was stolen from him. To date, the money has not been recovered nor has he been reimbursed. I have made several calls to Elim Park with no resolution and at times, no response at all. 2 weeks ago, I wrote a letter to the President/CEO and again, no response. Apparently, the philosophy of this facility in handling serious, patient issues is to ignore them. SHAME ON YOU, ELIM PARK.
