Istonish is ASTONISHINGLY BAD at providing even basic IT support to me as a student at Arapahoe Community College. Istonish's customer service response time in the three times I have asked for help through ACC's online technology desk was unacceptably poor: at last 48 hours to answer an inquiry, and when they did, their response to even the most basic questions was to forward me to ACC IT support csusing another 24 hours' delay.

ACC IT eventually -- three days later, on average -- has provided me quality answers to my issues, and thankfully on my last contact with them they provided me with a direct customer ACC IT support email address so that I don't have to deal with the astonishingly bad IT support provided by Isonish any more. Istonish seems to make their money simply forwarding significantly or severely delayed IT support requests to someone else.

Istonish is like an bad receptionist: unable to "answer the phone" for two days and then not being able or williing to able to answer the question simply passing the caller along to a ring, ring, ring, leave-a-voicemail recipient.

I rarely encounter so-called "professional" customer support organizations who are as bad at what they do as Istonish. Their poor performance is truly astonishing. Their name says it all: " 'I - (a)stonish' everyone with how poor I do my assigned job". HORRIBLE

Would give zero stars if that was an option.

p.s. Did you look at their cover image on Google? A hand, a laptop, a pen, and post-it notes scattered everywhere. No wonder they can't respond. Don't they use a ticketing system? Post its are so '80s... it makes one wonder whether Istonish has ever heard of OneNote or any other taskmanagement system. This poorly-chosen image reinforces for me Istonish's extremely poor customer service. For shame Istonish! and condolences to anyone who hires them or has the (dis)pleasure of being subjected to Istonish's astonishligly poor "customer service".
