My experience with Wayfarer Points was average. The website was user-friendly and I was able to find a decent deal on my flight. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, an okay experience, but the customer service could be improved.
