Chris, my service advisor, provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, and took my car in right away to have it diagnosed. The part had to be ordered but they ensured I had transportation and provided a rental vehicle. Overall it was a great experience, but I wouldn't expect anything less of BMW of Henderson
