I am a CUSTOMER and I rate Bonneville as average for their services. The overall experience was okay, but not exceptional. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I had some issues with the delivery of my order. The customer support was not very helpful in resolving the problem. They need to improve their communication and delivery process to provide a better customer experience. The quality of their products is good, but not outstanding.
