I've been flying kites for as long as I can remember, and I recently purchased a new kite from an online store. The kite is great, it's very stable and easy to control. I was impressed by its performance during strong winds. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The website was user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth, but I had a few questions about the product that went unanswered. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but I hope they work on improving their customer support.
