My friend and I went to Anatolia for late lunch. I was extremely disappointed at their service and food. The waitress first of all basically forced to order whatever they provide without any substitutions, she refused to ask the manager. She gave the attitude either you eat as is or we remove whatever you don't want, for example instead of Salad if you just want Rice, you will still get the same portion of Rice and they will not give you salad yet charge you the same price. You do not have choices of any types of sauces with the meal, either you take their yoghurt sauce or they charging you extra for Tahini sauce (which is also brown in color, which is very unusual as Mediterranean use tahini sauce that is light in color and much more liquidy) this tahini was brown and very pastey which wasn't good at all. To make things worst they charged extra for essentially couple tablespoon for this paste they call sauce. The portions are very small for the price, their chicken kebab is alright, but their chicken adana is very bland, tough and dry. Lastly, the waitress service was very lousy as well. I hope they provide the service and food that is more customer catered rather than restaurant profit oriented.
