I have been a customer of the Platform Cooperativism Consortium (PCC) for a few years now, and I must say they provide an average service. The website platform.coop is user-friendly, and I appreciate their efforts to promote cooperative principles. However, there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and customer support. Overall, I would rate PCC's services as average.
