I had a mixed experience with Fug gmbh. While some aspects of their service were excellent, others fell short of my expectations. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, the customer support was lacking in responsiveness and knowledge. I had to wait for a long time to get my issues resolved and even then, the solutions provided were not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
