I found the perfect living room sectional. Jerry very attentive to my needs and took his time to discuss my every detail. I went back a few days later to purchase and he was with another customer. He connected me with another rep who assisted me for purchase. It was assumed I was financing when I was purchasing in cash. Would be better if those kind of assumptions aren t made but overall a good experience. My sofa will take 8-10 weeks to deliver and it s not a special order. That s a bit of bummer but I am excited to receive.
