Recently attended a memorial service for my relative and was deeply disappointed in the service received. A creamation and service were paid for and when family and friends arrived there was no guest register for them to sign in on. They had to ask for one and they brought out a 5x9 yellow lined pad. Embarrassing and insulting to the family. A guest book costs no more than 5-10 dollars this was ridiculous. And this is what they got ! Are they so hard up they couldn t furnish one? Never will I ever endorse this Funeral Home!!!!!
