We got our puppy Eleanor about 3 weeks ago now. Sterling was amazing! Marissa was the employee that helped us and she was so knowledgable and friendly. We fell in love with our puppy right away and we were given plenty of time to bond and get to know her, no rush!

The process was super easy and stress free. All the paperwork was explained to us and they were helpful with tips for first time puppy owners about feedings, crate training and potty training.

We highly recommend the take home packages they have. We went home with a crate, food, toys and treats, water bowls, a name tag and a harness. The price for all we left with was a fraction of what we would pay at a pet store!

I would highly recommend this shelter, and I will never go anywhere else for a pet!!!
