👍🏼 The company website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, the overall experience with Salespond was just average. The customer service team was responsive to queries, but I felt like some of my concerns were not fully addressed. There were also a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a timely response. The product itself was decent, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of innovation and features. It didn't quite meet my expectations. Despite these shortcomings, Salespond did deliver on their promises, just not in an exceptional way.
