The banking services provided by CRDB Bank Plc are satisfactory. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The waiting time at the branch can be quite long, which can be frustrating. Also, the mobile banking app could use some enhancements to make it more user-friendly. Overall, I would rate the bank as good.
