As a recent homebuyer, I explored several home builders before deciding on one. While browsing the website, I found the floor plans and customization options for the homes to be quite diverse and interesting. However, when it came to the actual process of building and buying a home, I encountered some challenges with communication and timelines. The customer service was decent, but I felt that there was a lack of transparency at times. The overall quality of the home is good, but I did notice a few minor issues that could have been addressed more proactively. On the positive side, the neighborhood and location are great, and the community amenities are a definite plus. In conclusion, it was an average experience, and I would recommend others to research thoroughly and set clear expectations when considering this builder.
