I recently purchased some equipment from this company and while the process was smooth, I found the customer service to be average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I encountered some issues with the delivery and had some difficulty reaching the customer service team. Once I did get in touch, they were helpful in resolving the problem, but it took longer than I would have liked. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in the customer service department.
