The City of Waco has been an average experience overall. There are some areas where they excel, while others could use improvement. The website is easy to navigate and has a lot of useful information. However, I have found that the customer service can be lacking at times. It would be great if they could work on their responsiveness and communication with the public. Overall, I would rate them as average.
