5 stars isn t nearly enough to fully encapsulate my wonderful experience working with Deland Gibson !

I called Deland Gibson in Wellesley last minute, from Petersburg, AK as I was moving from Alaska back to my hometown of Wellesley, MA. I had cancelled my insurance policy in AK, because I was planning to register my truck in MA, and insurance rates were 1/3 of the price. I called and spoke with Josh, it was about 20 minutes before they closed on a FRIDAY, and he happily helped get me get an insurance quote ASAP as I was driving the truck i purchased in Seattle, WA across the country and desperately needed insurance. It was my fault i cancelled my AK insurance too soon. Josh stayed after work in order to help me get my insurance, and by early Monday morning i was insured through Arbella.

Once I reached MA, I experienced some difficulty having Arbella correctly and completely fill out the RTA form i needed to register my truck in MA from AK. I was working with the insurance company directly. I called Deland Gibson from the RMV in Watertown, and was informed Josh was out of the office for the day, and so Valerie gladly offered to help me. She was in contact with my insurance company, and we emailed back and forth. She always responded in an extremely timely manner, and not once did I ever have to wait for a response from her. She looked over my forms, and ensured me that everything was filled out correctly which took a few days, on the end of Arbella, but Valerie notified me every step of the way.

As the last step, I met with Mike who went over all of my paperwork with me to make sure that I had all the proper documentation for the runner. He was kind, took the time to familiarize himself with my situation, and then had someone else check over my documentation to make extra sure everything was correct. Mike was so professional and kind, and assured me Deland Gibson would make sure that my truck got registered. I left feeling like I was in great hands, and had no doubt in my mind this situation was going to be taken care of ! The next morning Mike followed up with me and let me know that my truck had been registered, and my plates and new MA registration were at Deland Gibson ! Mike then even emailed me to thank ME for choosing Deland Gibson ! Thank YOU- Josh, Valerie, and Mike and the entire Deland Gibson team !!

My insurance situation was NOT easy in the slightest. I had moved from AK to MA, bought the truck in WA, and co-own it with my boyfriend who still resides part time in AK and receives his mail in AK due to his work there. Deland Gibson helped me navigate through this messy situation, and had a runner go to the RMV for me to take the stress out of a complicated situation.

This has been without a doubt the best customer service i have ever received. Deland Gibson was patient and most definitely went the extra (5000) miles ! I could not be happier with my choice to have Deland Gibson in Wellesley, MA as my insurance agent ! They are a top notch agency, with the most incredible and professional customer service. If you are looking for the easiest, fastest service, with professional, friendly staff, LOOK NO FURTHER !!
