I purchased an icon helmet in the $200 price range because I live in Portland and wanted to support a local company.

After less than 1 year, the helmet-liner has fallen down, and I've now got duct tape holding it up so I can see to ride. I reached out to their customer service team, and we're not getting along well at all. In fact, they've been downright rude to me because I am asking questions and not just submitting a RMA. I just wanted some advice on a replacement adhesive for the liner from a designer/professional. As so far, all I've gotten is "the 'tude."

Here's Icon's snarky response, "We didn't ignore your question...what you are calling your "liner"...We would absolutely love to not have to go back and forth with emails, because we too are very busy. Plus, we're not the biggest fan of helping folks out that continuously tell us our stuff sucks..."
(real quotes people)

Although Icon is helping me get this liner resolved, you can see that I'm not getting treated very nicely at all. I can't see any reason to ever do business with these crabs again.
