I had a mixed experience with Promotice. While some aspects of their service were good, there were also some issues that I encountered. The website was easy to navigate and the overall design was sleek. However, the customer support was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to other similar companies. Overall, I would rate Promotice as average.
