After being told by two individuals that I needed ...

After being told by two individuals that I needed a part for my repair I found out that there was another $100 less expensive option. But once I purchased the part it couldn t be returned or if an exception to the no return policy was granted there was a significant restocking fee.
Also I asked to have my warranty company contacted but that wasn t done. So I had to pay out of pocket and then submit the paper work. This may have been avoided if the original request was acted upon. Previous visits have been a good experience so I hope the last visit was an anomaly.
