More interaction please!!! Staff appeared more like security guards with very little inteaction, could do so much more & really bring it to life for all. Weather was appalling ( not their fault of course) however there is no where to sit & eat under cover unless you are eating in one of their cafe's, so we ended up huddled in an archway trying to eat whilst sheltering from the rain. Get there early & do the crown jewels first as it gets ridiculously busy with queues snaking around the main courtyard. Overall loved the history of the place but could have had so much more fun with more interaction.
