I had a terrible experience with Lightscape Communications. Their customer service was unhelpful and rude. I had to wait on hold for over an hour just to speak to a representative. When I finally did get through, the representative was extremely unprofessional and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I will never use their services again.
