With sincere appreciation to Malka and the staff of Middle Neck GLatt for preparing delicious food for Passover. The meals served received rave reviews from my family for the Seders and the entire holiday.The matzah balls were fluffy; the brisket was flavorful; the turkey was tender and carved beautifully on the frame. The eggplant rollatini was beautiful to serve and delicious.The catering made my enjoyment of the holiday with my entire family possible.
