I saw the establishment while driving to the mall. I live locally and was looking for a medical spa service. I applied for a free consultation via on-line for my daughter and me; then, someone called within 24 hours. When I called back, a receptionist by the name of Jasmine was rude and abrupt. She needs more training on customer servicing. It does not seem like she is enjoying her time in her job and it reflects in her unpleasant tone. I was annoyed and disappointed because what they are offering is service, therefore, the frontline staff should be pleasant and will take the time to help you scheduled as best as possible to meet all your needs.
