I used 5 forwarders in the last 2 years, Jade is by far the best choice, Not only that the price was very competitive and easy to understand, they were also very professional and responsive. I am new to the importing business and they took the time to answer all my question. One of the shipment got damaged during transportation and Marc the CEO of Jade - help me out filling out the claim with insurance company and everything was taken care in a matter of couple weeks.
