Lots of nice talk and empty promises. If you are still unable to deliver a simple tool after almost 1 year, you are not worth living.

1-09-2016 Emendis started building a tool, 03-12-2016 after repeated email contact about the delivered what really didn't make sense I was promised that everything would be delivered before 5-12-2016.
Nothing has happened to this day.

After 11 months I completely lost confidence in Emendis and a refund has been requested for the amount paid.
This is rejected by Emendis as they have put work into it then it is said ...

Nothing was delivered as agreed in advance.
An expensive and educational lesson of more than 2500 euros plus all the process costs that will be added.
Be careful where you start at Emendis, make clear agreements in advance and have a deadline for delivery.
Or just don't do business with them, that seems like the best tip we can give you.
