I don't work at the facility, but do as distributor, or they are supposed to work for us???? for 40 years. Used to be a good at times to work with, now it's one of the worse, lies, deceit and I feel sorry to all the people that work in house. Constantly changes rules for distributors, keeps you in the dark about important changes. Do not pay up front with a check as they request, use a CC, they cash checks and you have to basically finance their operation. It's not easy to get a refund. Terrible business conduct, placed a $21000 repeat order, due to Covid our client cut their order in half, was going to order the remainder in mid summer. The inventory was there, they promised to meet clients pick up time. I rec'd an email they had reduced my credit line to $10,000?? Had to pay $11,000. After trying to find out why, never was late with $19,000 invoices, I caved and sent a check they requested. Sent 12/23/2020, after several emails asking me where, when I sent check. Finally on 1/8/2021, I assumed due to mail slow down and holidays, it took a bit longer, an email said they rec'd check and will release to production. At right before closing time on same day and a Friday, I receive several wishy washy emails. Can't meet production, ask if client will take order over 10 weeks. I knew the answer and canceled the order, along with stopping the payment on check 1/9/21. The check had not cleared as of 1/9/21 at 3AM, I stopped payment, when I checked my act later in the morning and was shocked the check had cleared. When I inquired to my bank, I was told they cashed it for cash? before they sent the last email. I don't think any company as big as they say, runs to the bank to cash checks?? I called and asked them to overnight my money back, I was told no they don't do that, I offered for them to send on my act#, all they kept saying is checks go out Friday's. That was due to send out on 1/15/21, as of today 1/21/21 still no refund. I am basically loaning them money. Way over priced on everything, even EQP. Research you will find it much less expensive. Please if you really need to use them, pay by CC....DO NOT send check! All correspondence recorded. Hope my wife's small women owned business, gets her money back from a muti-million $ supplier!!
