I recently engaged a web design service for my business, and my experience was quite underwhelming. The communication felt fragmented, and it took much longer than expected to get responses. I had clear vision for my website, but the final product didn't quite reflect it. The navigation is clunky, and I had to ask for multiple revisions to get it closer to what I wanted.
