I have been using Bakrie Telecom for a while now and I must say that their services are satisfactory. The network coverage is decent and the internet speeds are okay. The customer support is helpful, but there have been times when they took longer to resolve my issues. Overall, Bakrie Telecom is an average telecom provider.
