Vanessa is the best!!!
I Was referred to her by my best friend who has been going to her for years.. as soon as I walked in she greeted me with a welcoming hug and beautiful smile then got me in the chair right away.. great first impression!
I instantly felt comfortable in a place I had never been before.
I was going from a change my hair from Grown-out highlights and wanted to be a honey blonde
I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she had explained very throughly me the process that it was going to be, to where I understood even though I know nothing about hair.
She cut and styled my hair beautifully.
My color came out exactly how I wanted it!!
We talked as laughed the whole time and really got to know each other. Vanessa was very personable, caring, funny and just an all round amazing person. I felt as if we had been friends forever.. to me... that really means a lot for customer service
I will definitely be going back to her
