I'm so sad to hear this place has sutch mixed reviews. After growing up in Boulder and not wanting to take help I can't afford Boulder and understand others can't as well. I was working on 1-2 million dollar homes and could not get paid anymore for the work I was doing to be able to save money. This place is needed and has saved 2 of my friends. The number of jobs here that pay living wages is getting less and less each year. It's going to not get better any time soon.
