I'm really impressed with Trilogy Fitness Group INC. The trainers are very professional and always make sure you're doing the exercises correctly to prevent any injuries. The atmosphere in the gym is friendly and motivating. The equipment is of high quality and there's always a good variety of classes to choose from. Overall, a great fitness center to be a part of.
