Since when does the customer have to say hello to the salesperson who has clearly looked at you from head to toe on the way home, or no reception of anyone the same day or the next day. No desire to take charge.
Incomprehensible call to recover the vehicle, and in addition we hang up on the customer.
First garage with such a welcome. We are not ready to return.
