I recently booked a trip through Elatrip and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. My inquiries took a long time to be answered and when I did receive a response, it was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate Elatrip as average.
