I had napkins printed for a ribbon cutting for my foundation and the where just horrible!! I was so embarrassed I just cried. Of course they will redo them but I needed them the next day. It will be a very long time before I order from this company again. I paid up front and they said they would not charge me and also redo them I will give them credit for that but it was to late!!!
