I've been travelling the United States for over a year. I was coming from Tennessee to Mooresville to visit my son when my Road Glide completely lost power. I contacted Blue Ridge Harley & they sent a trailer to pick my bike & I up. Eric got me in asap to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a broken valve spring. My bike was loaded with my suitcase & I had no way to get to my son's house so Chis gave me a ride to Mooresville. Eric kept me informed of progress on my bike & Blue Ridge Harley had my bike completed in what I call record time. If that's not enough, Chris then delivered my bike from Hickory to Mooresville. Blue Ridge Harley has gone above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my needs. My greatest thanks to Blue Ridge Harley, Eric in service, Chris who drove me & delivered my bike, the service tech who performed the work on my bike & all the employees of Blue Ridge Harley! I'm back on the road & confident I will travel many more miles happy knowing I have dealt with the great folks at Blue Ridge Harley. THANKS AGAIN!
