This mall was a huge disappointment. I researched it online beforehand but nothing mentioned that most of the stores are closed and its empty and depressing. The third floor has nice views of the beach with many seating areas, and a few good restaurants, but its still apparent that this mall is on its last legs. We ate at Buddakan for lunch, and even that was pretty much empty. I'm surprised it's still there given the state of the rest of the mall. Avoid like the plague.
